We want you to love your Paul Mitchell experience, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure items are in their original condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it and securely attach it to your return package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your products back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
